CANCELLATION POLICY

I understand that sometimes things happen & you have to adjust appointment times. However, I kindly ask for at least a 48hour notice for any cancellations. Please understand that when you cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment slot.✨ -$10 non-refundable deposit is required. Deposit can be transferred only once if given enough notice of rescheduling. -CANCELLATION in less than 24hrs will result in a 35% charge of service selected. SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS will result in a $50 fee. -NO CALL/NO SHOWS will be charge 100% of the service selected. If card fails to go through you will be banned until payment is received. -TARDINESS I have 10 minute grace period to allow for traffic & parking. If you’re running later than 11minutes, please text ahead to see if I have the availability to complete your service & this will also result in $10 late fee. Anything after 15mins your appointment may be cancelled & charged a $50 fee. One late client can throw off my entire schedule and cause my other clients to be late for their commitments. -REFUNDS: No refunds under any circumstances. If for any reason you are unhappy with your set, please let me know before leaving so we can fix them to your liking. Deposits are also non-refundable. -NAIL FIX if you break/chip/lifting a nail within 7 day period please do not hesitate to reach out for a free fix at the earliest convenience. After the 7 day mark it will be a $5 repair for each nail. All card payments have a 2.8% processing service fee. If you choose to pay in cash, please keep in mind I do not carry change.
