CANCELLATION POLICY

I understand that sometimes things happen & you have to adjust appointment times. However, I kindly ask for at least a 48hour notice for any cancellations. Please understand that when you cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment slot.✨ Please no extra guests without communicating with me first. Kids are more than welcome if need to be, just let me know in advance 💞 STRICTLY ENFORCED : Cancellations in less than 24hrs will result in a 50% charge of service selected. Same day cancellation will result in a $50 fee. No call/No show will be charge 100% of the service selected. ⏰ I have 11 minute grace period to allow for traffic. If you’re running later than 12minutes please text ahead to see if I have the availability to complete your full service & this will also result in $10 late fee. Anything after 15mins your appointment may be cancelled & charged a $50 fee. One late client can throw off my entire schedule and cause my other clients to be late for their prior commitments. No refunds / Nail fix if you break/chip/lift a nail within 7 day period please do not hesitate to reach out for a free fix at the earliest convenience. After the 7 day mark it will be a $5 repair for each nail. All card payments have a 4% processing service fee. Cash is highly encouraged. Thank you for reading through my policies & see you soon!
